Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Hotel Irma was good overall, particularly because of its fantastic location and really good dining options. However, I faced some challenges with the lack of a fridge and limited amenities in the room. Despite these minor issues, the view and service made my holiday nice.
I just wrapped up a two-week stay at Hotel Irma, and wow, what an experience! The location is super convenient, just a short walk from downtown Zihuatanejo, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The only hiccups were with the wifi in my room and the absence of a fridge, but that didn't really put a damper on my time there.
I had a mixed experience at Hotel Irma. The views were excellent, and the staff, particularly Yara, provided some of the best service I've had, making me feel like a valued guest. However, the room amenities left much to be desired; the bedding and bathroom facilities need significant upgrading, and I found the check-out experience frustrating due to unexpected charges. Overall, there's potential for a wonderful stay, but improvements are needed to align the offerings with the price point.
My stay at Hotel Irma was mostly enjoyable, with some high points and a few minor setbacks. The staff, especially Yara, were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my week. The breakfast was fantastic and the ocean views were amazing. However, I did encounter some issues with the towels and the pricing at checkout that left me a bit frustrated.
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Irma, where the views from my room were amazing, overlooking the bay and La Madera beach. The location was perfect for exploring, just a short walk from two beautiful beaches and the vibrant downtown area. The staff provided really good service, making me feel right at home. However, the bed could use some improvement, and the food was merely good but didn’t stand out. Overall, it was a good experience! 🌅😊
